Why teach at Perspectives?
Be part of a team of like-minded individuals dedicated to ensuring all students succeed
Talented teachers who care about students are the foundation of our success at Perspectives Charter Schools. Our diverse staff is committed to leveraging the principles of A Disciplined Life and Academic Rigor to prepare all students for college and life.
Work with students and parents who are invested in their education
Parents and students meet with our teachers before the school year even begins to set goals for the year. And 85 percent of parents attend parent-teacher conferences twice a year.
Contribute to our unique and highly effective 6 - 12 grade urban education model
By starting with students in sixth grade, our teachers are able to effectively improve student growth both academic and socially, and we have time to build buy-in for our College for Certain expectations and the culture of A Disciplined Life.
Have the support and strategic professional development you need to be successful
Teachers begin preparing for the school year three weeks prior to the first day. All content teams are led by experienced "Instructional Leaders," who encourage and guide every teacher's growth in methods of teaching as well as content, throughout the year.
If you are interested in making a difference, building futures and developing potential, consider a career with Perspectives Charter Schools.
